For a standard single-room installation (such as a bedroom or office), most jobs are completed in a single day — typically 4–8 hours depending on complexity. Multi-room systems or installations with longer pipe runs may take two days. We'll give you a precise estimate at the survey stage.
Absolutely. Modern air conditioning systems are heat pumps, meaning they both cool in summer and heat in winter with exceptional efficiency. In fact, they're one of the most efficient forms of home heating available, capable of producing 3–4 units of heat for every unit of electricity consumed. Many of our customers use their systems as their primary heating source.
Yes, in most cases. Flats do require careful consideration of where to position the external (outdoor) unit — typically on an external wall, balcony, or roof space. We assess this thoroughly during your free home survey. We're experienced in working with landlords and managing agents where required.

Every brand we specify is chosen for reliability, efficiency and long-term performance — we don't install second-tier equipment. The right brand for your home will be recommended following a survey.
Yes. We understand that a quality installation is a significant investment and we offer a range of finance options to make it more accessible. These are discussed at the survey stage once we have your full specification. Representative examples and terms are available on request.
All Forge Air installations include a minimum 5-year manufacturer parts warranty plus a 2-year labour warranty from Forge Air. With our Platinum service plan, you can extend parts and labour warranty coverage to 10 years. All systems are registered with the manufacturer on the day of installation.
