System design & quote
You receive a detailed, fixed-price quotation with three tier options (Essential, Premium and Prestige), each with different brands and warranty levels.
Installation day
Our engineers arrive on time, protect your home throughout and complete the installation to the highest standard. Most single-room systems are completed in one day.
Commissioning & handover
We commission the system, demonstrate operation, register the manufacturer warranty and leave you with a full F-Gas certificate and commissioning record.

How long does an air conditioning installation take?
Most single-room installations are completed in 4–8 hours. A two-room multi-split system typically takes one full day. Three or four rooms may require two days.
Do I need planning permission?
For most UK houses, installation falls within permitted development rights and no planning permission is required. Conservation areas and listed buildings have additional restrictions — we advise at survey.
What brands do you install?
We install Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic, Fujitsu and Hitachi. The right brand and model is recommended based on your specific requirements and budget.
Is the F-Gas certificate included?
Yes — F-Gas certification is included in every Forge Air installation as standard. It is a legal requirement and you will receive your certificate on the day of installation.
